3/21/2009 11:57:33 PM  Teddy  San Diego... From DC  whoever taste this beer as isn't impressed is smoking dope. This aromatic beer invites you to taste it after the first smell. I love it personally. If you don't like darker beer you probably won't like this amber colored beer. The looks are certainly deceiving. I am sure that the other tasters have specific standards that this beer wouldn't meet. For instance; 1. the taste, for it has quality and uniqueness, mix with a lot of taste complication. 2. the lack of mundane/ normalness- let's face it, if beer had to all resemble various types then there would be much less beer in the world. It isn't a normal beer, so taste and enjoy. 3. amber color misconception- this beer is not a amber regular. It is an amber adventure. When I tasted it for the first time today I loved it and I think a budweiser van will probably hate it. Long story short, try it, like it, and stop wishing that you were in bud heaven. welcome to the asylum sample.
3/22/2009 11:29:32 AM  TH  SD  Teddy - Its pretty much a fact that I've had more beer than you have, and by a lot. Brewpalace is my website which gives you all the information you need over on the left. A Bud fan I'm certainly not. This beer is pure horseshit. Could it have been skunked somehow, did it not go well during the bottling process, or was there simply a bad batch? All of these things are possible. But I think I at least deserve some level of respect because I know I've earned it.
