Very bitter. Thin & watery. Super hoppy. Very ricey. Very soapy taste. Very strange & very bad. This is bad for even a N/A beer. Can't finish it.

6/30/2004 11:19:44 PM  Beer Lover  Melbourne  If you have ever, ever drank this beer you will never, ever have a chance in hell of getting laid. It will, sometime, come up in conversation and you'll feel like a bogan.
12/8/2004 6:51:15 AM  george dodd  canada  Molson Excel is a good alternative to beers with higher alcohol content. Excel is a lager, hoppy, and has a distinctive slightly bitter taste. Overall it is a refreshing, tasty, and interesting low alcohol beer. Low in calories as well.

7/28/2007 4:12:00 PM  john  Maryland  Hi Margie, I sent an e-mail to Molson and they said they are no longer going to sell Exel in the United States. I sent another e-mail to they expessing my dipleasure and asked them to re consider. If you would like to contact them: consumers@molson.com john

8/29/2008 12:49:49 PM  advocate for Near Beer  Canada  With the social attitudes, this is a great beer and you never have to worry about being over the legal limit. I have heard they have discontinued making it. So, do they think I am going to start drinking regular beer? Hello Pepsi.
6/18/2010 12:14:21 AM  Assay this  Van-city  Price is cheap. Taste is also cheap. Half the price of O'Douls and half the taste. Refreshing when thirsty or when cant drink alcohol because your wife is pregnent and she will be jealous if you get slaughtered on scotch.
6/28/2010 7:44:46 AM  brian f  niagara falls  Is it illegal to drink Excel in a boat or car the same way you would drink pop in these places?
7/2/2010 1:31:23 PM  Jeff  Bracken  Is there a way to order Molson Excel on line and have it delivered to my home in Indiana? It is very difficult to find it in the area where I live. Or is there a place in Lafayette or Indianapolis Indiana where I can purchase or order Molson Excel? Thanks, Jeff
11/27/2011 7:08:08 AM  Locke  Canada  @Beer Lover some of us used to drink beer and now have conditions that prevent us from drinking alcohol, this beer is a good alternative.
1/10/2012 12:49:38 AM  Chefzone  Kamloops  I got into some trouble with the law and one of my conditions was to not consume alcohol. I was arrested for breach of conditions because I had a Molson Excel beer. There reasoning was that I was not to consume alcohol at all, no matter what the percentage it was. None, means non. Fined me over $500. I think this is BS as anyone can buy it in any grocery store. Even kids. Any legal advice.
7/26/2012 12:43:13 PM  Gisele Gould  Ontario  My husband has had a stroke and can no longer drink alcohol but this beer is a good alternative as it is very low percentage but I don't understand why Molson's does not accept the cans as returnables .They do produce it and the beer store will not accept them. Recycle is a big issue and Molson's should accept them as returnables Please explain Thanks G Gould
