This beer is considered to be the father of american microbrews. Made originally by Jack McAuliffe way back in 1976, this beer is the one that started it all. Sam Adams has partnered up with Jack to bring this special beer to the entire US.
Tasting Impressions:
Smooth and mild; very drinkable. Mildly hopped. Medium thickness. So golden it looks like a lager but it's actually a solid pale ale. Minimal bitter aftertaste.
