Appearance: Bright golden. Clear if not shaken - get cloudy t
Tasting Impressions:
Mild wheat taste. A bit crisp and dry- basically Pilsnerish. Medium thickness. More or less smooth. Kind of like a half lager half wheat. To get a little more yeast flavor out of it, I'd recommend mixing up the yeast a bit before the pour - if you like that sort of stuff.
