Latest Sample Date: 10/6/2006
Appearance: Ale color - tea colored and clear
Tasting Impressions:
Tastes like a Barley Wine, not a Triple. Has a very light Triple taste - basically only a little yeastiness. No Belgian airiness. As for a Triple, its a non-starter/ However, it is pretty good. Thick and heavy, syrupy strong Alcohol. Very sweet. Smooth and creamy. Not much in hops. 4.0 Jan 2018 Update: very thick and hearty with lots of yeast. Definitely more intense and heavier than a proper Tripple. Too sweet. 3.0
