Cloudy in appearance, it has a crisp refreshing taste with substance opposed to the usually clear yellow lagers found regularly on tap. If you get bottles, be sure to stow them upright in the fridge, and before opening, tip the bottle upside down and give it a slight swirl to mix in the yeast. These beers age well when cellered as they are bottle conditioned. |
