Big flavor. Basic Belgian Ale taste. Light wheat flavor. Decent Belgian airiness. Sweet. Very smooth. A bit of hops in the aftertaste. Some interesting flavors if you search for them.

2/25/2004 10:41:34 PM  Steve F  Irvine CA  This excellent brew needs to be taken in a brandy snifter to get the full experience. As an ale it has a relatively high alcohol content so take it easy. Sophisticated.
