Notice what a pain in the ass it is to develop for Netscape. They continually have changed how they deal with Cascading Style Sheets, slowly getting better and more like they are supposed to be. The earlier versions flat out suck. Netscape 6 still is not there though.

I particularly like how the one cell in Netscape 4.75 is the proper color. Retards.
Netscape 6 did almost everything right, except for the Quick Search line, the lack of borders in the tables, and the lack of centering where appropriate.
A key component to the CSS specification is in fact the first word of CSS: Cascading. This refers to the rule where the most local definition replaces higher definitions, and if no local definition is defined, a definition from a higher class or style is used.
