From their website: This intensely dark Kulmbacher style lager has a superb malt complexity with the distinctive flavors and aromas of coffee, caramel and chocolate. A renowned smoothness and a creamy, tan head make it an all-time brewery favorite. Best served at 60 degrees F. Aged: 8 weeks. Initial gravity: 15.25 P Malts: Pale, Caramel, Black Patent & Roasted Barley Hops: Cascade, Mt. Hood, Tettnang & Chinook Available in: 1/2 Barrel, 1/4 Barrel and 16oz. bottles
Tasting Impressions:
Fairly sweet. Quite malty. Fairly thick feel. Minimal hops. Very smooth. Generally mild.
